Hey guys i got my star stage 1 kit today and bpy im impress with the quality of the kit, i gotta give it to wyett he finally came through after 2weeks of waiting, im now regretting that i didnt ordered the stage 2, but now i trust star, and will be ordering the front mount intercooler. Only one thing that i dont like about the kit is that the downpipe needs a flex piece, but will install one, i will be removing my engine in my 1999 GS, and takeing it the local napa machine shop where it will be bored out, .20 over, and i will be installing the howell bottom end kit. Guys i will be posting pics while i go along, so stay tune. Oh i will be posting 2 eclipse a silver and a red, both 1999 GS, red is mine and silver is a buddies own both gonna get the same mods.

yeah goodluck, it's a lot of work and patience. you'll have bloody hands but it's all good at the end. when you need help just remember we're here for you at the turbo section. and make sure you go by the instructions don't take shortcuts.

Hey by the way the kit came with out instruction , is that the case with all of them?

just go to turbogs.com I believe he has the instructions there, they are not very good anyways... hehe good luck.

imo I wouldn't get a Star FMIC. Just get a Starion FMIC. Many people including myself and DaveFL have it and does what it is supposed to do. If you need something bigger get a FMIC from a Izuzu Diesel truck. Its either 20x15x2 or 20x10x2 , either way its huge. good luck w/ install.
