no writeup needed... to yank it, its the metal tube that runs from the dr. side of the back of your intake mani to the dr. sid of the head, right next to the exhaust mani....
to take it out, u will need i think an 8mm socket and sum removal of intake piping....
then create your blockoff plates (i used 1/8" sheet metal for about a month and then got 1/4" metal plates)
invest in sum hightemp gasket maker, and slap it on to get a good seal..
u may/may not get a CEL.... i usually got one if i was cruisin under 3krpms for over a minute or two, or if i idled for awhile....
no loss in performance, just to konw your intake mani is stayin clean after spendin sum dukkets to get it P&Pd is werth it... also, sum peeps actually melt wires ns cuz the egr pipe gets waaaay too hot...
