if i buy a 1998rs with 90,000 miles on it and rebuild with the howlle bottom end kit .what else should i replace ?then i will go turbo.

if you do the timing belt/water pump/bottom end kit, I would just give it a check over like check top end for broken rockers/springs etc.. then turbo that bish
