Buy it from me. I have a brand new "complete underdrive pulley install kit" that I have decided not to put on. It comes with the pulley, all necessary bolts, belts and even the puller. I bought it for $200, but I'll let it go for $175 shipped. I have seen the pulley with the belts alone on several websites for $163. Let me know if you want it. I prefer paypal, but money orders are good, too.

Now in days I don't know about Howell. I too, have had problems with their service (or lack there of. If I were you I'd use http://www.ptuning.com/ and I think we get some kind of discount.
