I need to know what to torque the head bolts down to -- please help.

ASAP - need to slap this car back together again - soon (in the next hour) !!!


2003 VW GTI 1.8t.. I used to have a 95 Eclipse but well...water sucks.

This is what I have been told for the stock bolts in this order.

8 3 1 6 10
7 4 2 5 9

1-6 55lbs
7-10 25lbs

1. 1-6 @25 ft-lbs; 7-10 @ 20 ft-lbs
2. 1-6 @ 50 ft-lbs; 7-10 @ 20 ft-lbs
3. 1-6 @ 50 ft-lbs; 7-10 @ 20 ft-lbs
4. 1-10 +1/4 turn.
