can anyone help me i don't remember if it was twice w/water and let the car run for a few minutes or something else and 50/50 right b/c all antifrrezes sais 70/30

Use a 50/50 mix. It works best for hot summers and has plenty of coolant for below zero temps in winter. Basically drain all the coolant out of the car via the lower radiator hose or the small train plug. Close system back up and fill with plain water. Start car and let it run with the heater on(full hot) for maybe 10 minutes after it reaches normal operating temp on the gage. Shut off car and let it sit for maybe 10 minutes. Open radiator cap slowly to release pressure(use a rag in case there is a bit of pressure left). Drain system again and repeat cycle at least once more. When finished you will only have plain clear water in your entire system after you drain the radiator. Use one gallon of distilled water and one gallon of good antifreeze.(I like prestone regular antifreeze)Clean the over flow tank out real good and reinstall. Pour it half full with antifreeze and half with distilled water. Pour the rest of the antifreeze in the system. Then pour distilled water in till it is full. Start car with cap off and let it run till the thermostat opens and it starts to bubble real good(getting air out of system)and starts overflowing a little bit. Put cap on before it really dumps out and gets everywhere. Take car for a drive(10 minutes), turn on the heater to get the coolant mixed real good. Come back and shut car off. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes and open radiator cap. You will have to add in more water due to the air pocket being at the cap now. Fill it totally full and put the cap back on. Fill the overflow until it is approx. 1 inch below the max full line. You might want to check the system the next day after a good day of driving-just do it when it is cooled down all the way. You know all the air is all out of the system when you open the cap and it is full all the way to the cap with coolant.

Drive the piss out of it! When you lose a bit of water in the overflow, just add in water to keep it full. Coolant does not evaporate and you just need to replace the water that has.

Do this process every 30K miles and you will not have overheating problems.
