I found this on a web page and was wondering if anyone has seen this or done this. I think i found it on here but i dont' remember. you take the drive gears from the 99 Dodge stratus with the 2.0 motor and swap them with your's. which tranny's does it work on (manual or auto)? did it mess anything up? and have you noticed a difference? here's the link to it. http://www.geocities.com/rbsounddesigns//finaldrivemod.html

Yeah it was from here. Some people have done it. I have ordered the gears already and are sitting in my house waiting to be installed. It is for AT trannys only. I'm waiting till I can pick up a 32mm impact socket at pep boys because they are out of stock. So you also need one of those if you are doing it yourself along with some other tools. I think someone said its the best mod yet for AT NT's. Email me in a week or two if you want and I'll tell you how it went

Cons? Your speedo is off by a few miles but they say it can be adjusted at a dealer, but I"m still waiting for someone to come through and actually say a dealer did it for them yet... and apparently you lose 6% fuel economy. Well worth the torque gains we desperatly need in our AT nt's.

just a quick question then. how come when someone ask a question, someone always says to use the search or go to things we've seen before? i know it gets annoying to answer a question multiple times but why do some of you guys do that. i don't get it. i mean dont' frag me or anything but i get annoyed with the same question about and i didn't know that there was any other topics about this cept for the one that i got that link from. plus i was too lazy to use the search or do to another spot due to it being late

thats just how it works man, basically people are getting sick of typing the same thing over and over again, there are really only a few people on here who always answer questions and it just gets annoying to keep answering the same question over and over again. Those that can/do answer have taken the time to research everything and expect others to take a little time to do the same . You said it yourself the you were too lazy to look yourself.
