I am looking at doing a centorforce clutch from howlle automotive. I have a 95 will I need a new flywheel? and also any other good clutches that I should look at for around the same price (250-300)?

from what i have *heard*, the center force clutches dont last long, and have had problems..Most will agree to go with a Clutchmasters clutch setup. Everyone who has them raves about them..I havent heard one bad comment about them really.. And you may or may not have a modular or nonmodular clutch setup. If you have a modular one, then you will need to do either of 2 choices. 1- you can get a new modular clutch setup. 2-you can get a Neon flywheel, and a non mod clutch. Or even the lightweight aluminum Fidanza flywheel if you like. The only real way to tell what cluch you have is to look at it really. I'm not sure if the VIN# will tell you or not...Only the VERY early 95's came with a non modular clutch i believe..

well i got the cerforce dual friction and the only complaint i have is that it grinds when the car is cold. then goes away after i drive it a lil. anybody else have this problem? other than that no problems, hasnt slipped yet. imo good clutch
