#31070, "UGH HELP!!!! Problem!"

Alright I did the final drive gear mod and ended up losing alot of tranny fluid - probably close to all - I really don't know how much our cars take. Anyways, I filled it up once (one liter) then drove it, then had to fill it with another bottle. Well today I had the problem of when it was in drive, it would act like neutral - I could rev it and it wouldn't go for a couple seconds until it finally engaged. Well I had a backup bottle so I put that in too....and it ran fine (however I quickly took it home instead of driving it)

So now I got three bottles in the tranny and no visible leaks - but the damn tranny fluid is going somewhere!!! I would fill it up and check the dipstick as the car idles in neutral and it reads good. I would then go and shift through the gears and check again and the dipstick would barely be reading anything!! Where the hell could the tranny fluid be going? Or could it be its just finally replenshing and if I put in another bottle I'll be good to go? I really hope this didn't mess up my tranny....and like I said I see no leaks anywhere!!

Thanks for any help.

Dude, your still low on fluid.. Put some more in there! If I remember correctly you AT folks use about 8.5qt's of tranny fluid.

Alright - I got 2 more liters - so I probably need them too?
Where can I check to see how much tranny fluid my car actaully takes? (manual obviously) emoji

Hopefully it only needs more fluid
