#30881, "no AC no knock, AC on then knock"

is this normal? when i drive around i have the car pretty well tuned but when i turn the A/C on it starts getting some detonation. is this cause of the increased load from the A/C compressor?
thanks
James

Just remove the whole AC system, like me. So I can have someone to enjoy the misery of hot weather with in the summers, lol. Its not too bad, but I miss my cold air every now and then. C'mon winter, get here! hehe

i think i found the fix.... on my msd programmable dis2 i am going to use my staged retards and hook one up to the A/C switch and when i turn my A/C on it turns the staged retard on to retard like 5 or 10 degrees throughout the rpms, i think this will work, i'll let you know
