first.. thanks for everyone who answered my question on my syncro problem. now.. the other day i was browsing some dsm stuff and a site said that all eclipses came with a 6 year/60k powertrain warranty, but since im the second owner, is that warranty transferable to me like some are.. or am i shit out of luck.. and will the dealership cover that in the warranty.

The warranty is 5 years/60k miles on powertrain, and it should cover you. But if you don't have date of purchase proof from the original owner, they will most likely go by the vehicle's manufacturer date in determining when the 5 years is over.
