God damn, I just read a post in the Neon.org about some guy who swaped to a 2.4 motor and ran 13.8 @ 98 mph

ah his mods were TB, Headers, Intake, cat back, ported intake manifold, UDP, and upgraded ECU.

damn we need to keep calling Gary so he can finish up our AFX ECU, also Skirlla I guess I will be talking to you about the 2.4L kit u were talking about

...not the spyder engine. He is refering to the 2.4L variant of the 420a(I like to fabel them as the "424"). If you're serious about the stroker you will simply have to drop me some email. I have had about 30+ people say they are serious. Sure I will give you any information you want but I'd really like to see anyone really perform this upgrade. The upgrade itself is very intense. Let me know.

BTW the "424" is a nice engine but 1 I would only rev to 7500rpms built. The stroke on it is very large to be revving past that. I prefer my 2.2L 8500rpm screemer

I use to have a White 99 GS Sport with a Star Stage II Ball Bearing T3/T4 turbo...it was fun untill....well those who remember me know Oh Ya...this is what I have now... a 99' GSX...

my friend has the fastest all motor street driven neon.

4 door neon, runs 13.4s all motor.

2.4 block, exhaust cam, intake, open exhaust, slicks, and a few other minimal mods.

he just added the cnnp's quad throttle body setup and new ecu and intake cam.

looking to beat Scott M's old best street driven neon all motor record of 12.8's (scott m is now full drag and runs low 11s all motor)
