#30345, "Has anyone used a "Luk" clutch?"

I was looking at howell and I can get a lightened flywheel and clutch assembly for $525 or just the clutch for $240. Any opinions? I plan to run 15psi soon all the time and up to 20psi on occasion.

i had a Luks clutch, stock replcement for a while.. it held 9psi on a stock bottom end for almost a year before the engine went.. I don't know if i'd trust it for 15psi, tho.

So are the ones on that page stock replacement? You'd think they'd mate a lightened flywheel w/ a high performance clutch. I really can't afford $700 for a CM stage 4 emoji

That's MSRP. Call Owen, Jody, or Mariisa at ARD (advancedracingdynamics.com, number listed) and get a quote - i gurantee you it's not going to be so far out of your price range.

It's better than stock, 30% better holding or so, but I don't know that I would trust it for up to 20 psi of boost...

I plan on using LUK with Fidanza Flywheel for my NA, when I get to clutch work.

Alright. I'll just have to save up for a while and run low boost for now. Thanks for the help.
