I just got done replacing the head gasket and I am still leaking oil. I am so pissed right now I don't even now where to begin to search for why it is leaking. it is a constant drip from the back midlle of the engine. The whole reason I did the head gasket was because of this leak and now I am back where I started. HELP!!!!

Oil sending unit is prone to leaking too. And that's right baout where your drip would be for that.....

Did you spray the new head gasket with copper spray?? I heard that if you don't, it won't seal.

did you try shortening the bolt which is closest to the firewall and furthests to the left? I started to replace my head gasket and at the last second pussed out and just did this. the hole wasn't drilled long enough on that bolt so it doesn't seal well enough.

Well I think it is the oil press sending unit however the bad thing is the tranny blew on the freeway less then 12hrs after doing the head gasket and I may be moving to another state so looks like the eclipse is on hold again emoji
