#30216, "Cluth Release Fork or Slave Cylinder?"

Ok I posted earlyer about my centorforce clutch slipping like crazy and me having to open the bleeder valve and tighten it back just to drive it. Well I don't think it is the clutch or the clutch engagment. Today it slipped really bad, when I say slip I mean think of pushing your clutch pedal half way down to where it is barley grabing and then trying to drive around like that.....that is what mine is doing but my pedal is all the way out. Now I pulled over and went to open the bleeder valve on the slave cylinder and when I did that I saw the Clutch release fork and the slave cylinder piston move back(back to the disengaged position). So this tells me that the slave cylinder is sticking or the Clutch release fork is hanging up in the engaged position...or maybe it could be a bad throw out bearing.. i dunno. If anyone has any clue as to what this could be and how to fix it or test to see exactly what it is please tell me I have been dealing with this for like 3 months...
ThanX
PS I have changed the Master Cylinder and the Slave Cylinder
