I posted last week my acc belt was squeeking. I got two tighten/loosen the belt comments. Well, I tried that and apparently when the mechanic changed my belt last time he forgot to tell be that be broke the alignment bolt. Yeah!!!! So the belt it loose because only one bolt is holding it in place. I need to get the headless bolt out and put it a new one. I'm checking home depot and lowe, but if you guys can come up with a way to get the bolt out and or new bolt, I appreciate it.
Footnote: 1:Regardless if I can prove the mechanic broke it or not, the car is not going back there, I'd prefer to just fix it myself. ealer does not sell bolt, sells the WHOLE tensioner, $112.77.
Wooopeee
Here is a horrid picture, couldn't get camera to focus on tensioner.

Hey, that is a great site. Can somebody do me a favor? Go look at the bolt head that I refered to in the picture and tell me if there are any numnbers/letters on it so I know exactly what I'm looking for. It's the long, horizonal bolt on the acc belt tensioner right under the upper radiator hose. The head of the bolt faces toward the front of the car.
Thanks, I really appreicate the help

OK, now I'm desperate. Mitsu does not have the spec on the bolt. They don't keep the tensioner in stock, they have to order it first. I have to pay for it for them to order it. NAPA does not have the spec for the bolt and does not have the tensioner.
Could somebody please check what letters/numbers are on the top of the bolt so i can order the right spec bolt. Also if there are any notches on the top of the bolt, I need them as well, they tell me what grade it is.
thanks
