Lately I have been having a intermittent problem starting my car. Every once in a while, it will crank for several seconds before starting. Sometimes I have to push the accelerator pedal to get it started. And sometimes it won't start at all. This has been happening about 2x a week.
About 3 weeks ago, it threw a code 43. We replaced the coilpack with another used coilpack, and about a week later, it did the same thing. I then replaced that coilpack with an MSD coilpack.
This afternoon, I came out of the post office, and it cranked for several seconds until I pressed the gas pedal, and then it started. There was no code though. Most of the times it does this, the car has only been sitting for several minutes while I run in somewhere.
Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem? I think I have cancelled out the coilpack being the culprit. The car is a 97 with 66k miles on it.

yeah it runs perfect, idles at 8-900. It runs beautifully. Sometimes i think i feel a slight miss at highway speeds, but it could just be my rough riding lowered car hittin a bump.
