ok my friend had a 95 manual ecu that supposidly had been messed around with a little so i decided to see what was up with it so i put it in and as i suspected no power gain or anything of that nature anyway i noticed my check engine light had come on... i think oh i will just take that ecu out and put in my old one...one problem the bolt that screw into the middle of the ECU is stripped inside the harness!!!! what do i do? i took it to a mechanic and he said i would probalby have to cut the wires and buy a new harness. how much would that cost ya think? and i think i'm going to have them check it to see if there is anything really wrong with my engine just to be safe but i pretty much know there isn't. well please give me some advice on what to do. thanks
