#27059, "af/x udp is finally on"

woohoo, finally it is on. i noticed a very decent increase in low end torque. it really helped overcome the decrease that was caused by my 80mm cat back piping. pulls a little harder in the upper rpm range too. havent noticed any dimming of lights, however i have not had a chance to drive it enough to notice.

i got it done at an import auto performance store here in alpharetta, ga. the belt that runs the ac and power steering broke off, so i needed a new one put on. i had the pulley sitting around so i took it with me to my mechanic. he put it on and put all the belts on for 60 bucks.

yeah i was wondering about that. i mean its called an "under drive pulley", if i install that then ill be "under driving" the engines components. so with my system rockin and the lights on with high beams as im flying through the mountains, will i be having power issues? and what about the power steering? will that become weak at all? not that that would be such a bad thing. hardcore power steering is kinda lame.

edit: i forgot to mention, i have no ac, will that make any difference with anything as far as the under drive kit goes? will i end up with a spare pulley haha?

if you are at anything over an idle you won't notice any decrease in power from the alternator, A/C, or powersteering, even at an idle you probably won't notice much of a difference if at all.
