boys and girls, i think i may have done it. I guess i am the first 15 year old to do a rebuild and go turbo? how that for one for the record books. well i have all lines off only thing i need is right axle and battery tray off....damn the battery tray damn it. well wish me luck...and for u that dont know its the howell bottom end kit with mitsu MLS gaskets and 8.6 compersion....looks like im gonna be doing this again weh the stroker crank is out. As for that, Im off

hate to burst your bubble but the howell stroker kit is ready and is being produced. You have to buy a complete shortblock but it already comes assembled, balanced and blueprinted. All ya got to do is bolt it in. Good luck w/ everything though

Damn, I give you props for how far you got without a lic! I don't even have a turbo and I'm 18 (soon to be 19)!

When I was 16 I had a POS CR-X with more rust than steel!

That's ok at least my car LOOKS very fast. I just need to save up for Insurance (2k a yr!), a manual trans swap and a turbo PT block.

The Turbo PT block shouldnt be any different then the non turbo block. Unless they totally cahnged the blocks. I was under the thought that the Turbo PT was the 2.4.... When did they say that thing was coming out?....I was planning on getting the Block....just so i could trhow the 2.4 turbo emblem on...hah nah but that would be pretty sweet dont ya think?

thats sweet man, congrats on the turbo. I just got one ?, how the #$%# do all you younger peeeps get so many mods? Im damn near 23 and aint no way in hell im goin tourbo for a while. NOt trying to hate on any of you, just was wondering.

u know the three holes that look like screws go into em that are on the pulley..... use a harmonic dampener puller thingie (sounds like that), not the threejaw puller....to get it off....
