read up on the "Things we've seen before section" and if you are still unsure about things, ask away emoji

I'll be nice this time!! Most of these guys will tell you a header is a waste of money. Maybe... you won't see much of a hp gain from it. A header is basically a different trype of exhaust manifold, but headers are tubular which increases exhaust gas velocity. In theory this should increase horsepower. Dyno results have been pretty crappy for headers which is why people say they are a waste of money. I happen to disagree.

I recently got mine and I saw some good results from it. I did not lose any low end torque which people say you will, and saw better power in the mid/high rpms. Acceleration seems to be smoother, and it got rid of the raspy sound of my exhaust. Was it worth what I paid?? I doubt it. Would I buy it again? I think so. I am happy with it.

oh and if you go turbo soon then don't bother. The exhaust manifold will be replaced with the turbo one, and you'll have a header sitting around.

A header is not worth it... only if you are going turbo. Otherwise, get one.

The tubular design does increase the smotthness of the airflow. the equal legnth runners also let the exhaust gas pulses not interfier with each other, as they do on a stock exhaust manifold where the pulses interfere with each other. and try to push a higher volume of gas through the smaller sections of pipe. So basically anything but future turbo plans and I recommend one.

Una salus victus.

Jason-BTW...his is completely off-topic. I have been admiring your car for a few months now...beautiful. Do you have one of those silver Mitsu badges on front? Where do you get them? or do you guys just paint them? -Thanks.

New Guy-Like was said, if your going turbo, don't buy headers, the turbo will just replace them - it's one or the other. Huge price differences between the two to consider.
