My speedo stopped moving and i got error code 15 coming from the computer. Anyone know what i should look at to find out where hte problem is? chance it could have gotten wet maybe? I did spray down the car near the engine to clean some oil that i messed, but thats another long ass story heh

Thats your problem, its the sensor by the wheels, Im not sure if you can check those without an ociloscope, but i seem to remember a section in the chiltons telling how to clean/repair the speed sensors.
