I'm just wondering...

Say if I..
I had a forged Rods, forged Pistons w/Aftermarket Rings, well everything needed to build a bottom end...
Also with a Engine Managment System..

I'm just saying, if I built-up everything...
How much boost would I be able to run without blowing up the whole motor?

with it being properly tuned with crap loads of dyno time.. probably 20+ psi.. but it also depends on what turbo you are running.

why for you ask?

Our engines can see 30psi with not too much work, but you gotta think "big picture", there is lots to be considered, adequate breaking for the newly found hp, stengthened axles, differential, blah blah...
