i know the difference between regular oil and synthetic, but what's the difference between those and "synthetic blend"? also, is it ok to add regular oil if you have "synthetic blend" in the engine?i'm going on a trip and wasn't eble to pick up any of the same oil as i have in thyere now, so all i have in case i need to add oil is the regular stuff. just wonderin'. tia
