Ok, heres the thing. I was driving out to race an rsx when I noticed my temp went past 1/2 way. I thought this cant be good so I called it off. As I was heading to a gas station to check things out (this was at 1 AM) The temp went to the red zone. When I finally pulled up to the water pump, I noticed the coolant was comming down the passenger side of the mud guard or whatever that black plastic panel is. When It cooled down and I looked inside the engine I heard no spray or saw anything. I filled her up with water for my drive home , which is only like 8 blocks away. after it cooled , i filled her , ... no leaks.. ok weird I thought to myself. I started the car, and It ran fine and , still no leaks. I ran it on the freeway about 4 days ago and it did teh same thing, but only did it when I went faster than 80 mph on the freeway. If I when I stayed at 70 driving home it was fine. Im going to go buy some of that liquid glass stuff , drop it in and see what happens, if its not that then ill take it to the a radiator shop tomorrow. Hope you guys can give some insight by the time I return. thanks.

Are you saying the coolant/water came out of the overflow tank? if so, you probably have a bad thermostat. Change it out.
Also do a good flush/fill of the coolant system.
Also check and see if one fan comes on when the thermostat opens up and if both fans come one when your AC is turned on. Check this first because it might just be a fuse.
good luck

well.. i do know that our coolant reseviours (sp?) have been known to leak.... i know that mine and shauns are leaking, i would check to see if yours is... take it out and run some water through it.. mine drips like one drop every minute or so, but as soon as i fill it up, its empty very soon.

I just pulled my engine out again after the rebuild because of this coolant problem. It was also leaking from the passenger side from somewhere in the back or so it seems. I'm putting my engine back in now and let you guys know what happened to it. If what I did fix the problem, then I'll let you know what it could be and how to fix it.
