Well, it took a lot longer than I thought (the fuel filter) btw here are the instructions for replacing your fuel filter on a 95

1) Remove battery
2) Remove intake
3) Unbolt brake reservoir from firewall
4) Unbolt Washer tank from firewall
5) Look down and you will see your fuel filter

Estimated time: 1 hr.

The headers were cake (Thanks a bunch Stan) - I really haven't put them to the test because it was raining hard and 10:30 when I finished - having a lift (friend's garage) is super nice. Car seems to rev a little smoother, of course this could be a combination of the two. I didn't see too much low end loss, although the fuel filter might have helped this too. Car seems to be much smoother around 3k and up though. There is a little bit of a change in the exhaust note, although not drastic. I'll report more if anyone wants to know.

2003 VW GTI 1.8t.. I used to have a 95 Eclipse but well...water sucks.

Well I can tell you about fit and finish since I gave it to him. The finish new was great, now even better than the ones I had. I got them as soon as they came out so the header is regular grey ceramic. newer models have the shiny armorcoat like ceramic. Fit new was good, bolted right up but the dounut gasket looked pretty worn down after I took it off and the finish was quite dirty by time I took it off too. I wont speak for performance since I cant remember how long its been since I haven't had a header (I got that in 97' and had a 1 gen pacesetter for a while before that).
