#26023, "custom piping with stock turbo muffler vs. evo....and EVO THEFT"

i need some people's opinions here.

okay, i am building up my car to maximize its performance so is it better to get custom piping with a stock turbo muffler or a greddy evo.
SOME GOOD things about the evo is looks nice (IMO) and the performance but i know a guy who just had his car stolen. his car is okay but his evo was taken. also the sound, i've been hearing some great things about it, not too loud but nice.

SOME BAD, the evo is going to cost me $500-$600, and a nice muffler that people and thieves want.

SOME GOOD things with a stock turbo muffler is the sound, it's not too high and with custom piping, it'll be cheap.

SOME BAD, not that great lookin and i'm unsure how much performance i can get with it versus evo.

Well, I know must ppl would agree that the stock turbo muffler is the best with custom piping if u plan on staying NA. If ur into the sound and looks tho, go with the EVO. I bought mine used for around 400 bucks. Be patient. I've seen some peeps around here selling there EVOs. But damn, I didn't know ppl would steal it tho. Scary. So far, the only act of violence done to my car was when someone stole my euroclear sidemarkers. Hopefully that's it...

yeah, i mean i luv my car and its going to look and perform even better in a month (i have 1400 for mods and exhaust) but i just don't want my car to be a target for theives ya know.

oh yeah, the guy who's car was stolen, he is a prp import drag racer. he actually uses a turboed integra on the track but the car that was stolen was a moded out honda with an evo exhaust.
