ok i iinstalled my tanabe race medallion it sonds good but when it gets into high rpms .it sound kinda like somone is farting is that case the inside of the mufler has not been bernt yet.case it sonds awsome but then it makes that noise. thank you

Thats about all it could be. If there was a leak then it would be loud... I say just give it time, let it get warmed up a few times and see what happens.

I have a flowmaster 40 series, and until the engine really warms up, it sounds crappy @ WOT high rpms. I usually just either let it warm up for 5 mins, or don't stand on it until it's up to temp
