#25838, "found a used INTAKE MANIFOLD, what do you guys think???"
I found a complete intake manifold w/ injectors. First question. He wants $200, is it worth it? Second question. I am OBD1 since shes a 95. I believe the manifold is from a 98. Are there any OBD2 differences on the manifold or will it still work. I am looking to get it ported out. Thanks..jd

i paid 1/2 that for a full manifold (upper and lower) the stock rail AND the 4 stock injectors. that was on this board from kiku, also on asog, now if i could just get it in the MAIL that'd be cool. he said he went on vacation thou and was late shipping it so that's fine, i should see it by the end of this week...i can't wait til it comes in thou...mmm ps THANKS KIKU, U'RE THE MAN. but yeah, see if he'll go lower, my friend paid a lil more than me at the junk yard if that helps any.

I've compared 1995 and 1996+ intake manifolds and couldn't find any major differences. Both will bolt up fine. You may find that the connectors on the sensors aren't the same (no big deal). If it helps any, one yard wanted $125 for just a manifold. Luckily, I found a DSM recycler a couple cities over that sold me a complete manifold/TB/sensors/rail/injectors for $75.
