I'm looking to get the throttle body of my 95 Talon bored and get my intake manifold ported. Does any one know what spec this job needs to be done to? Any thing extra that I have to do/get (bigger butterfly, MAS)? How hard is it to take the throttle body and intake manifold out? Any advice helps!

...of removing screws, it sounds like you aren't going to be porting it yourself so I would say send it to www.Howellautomotive.com to be bored for ~100. BTW our Butterfly is big enough for a 56mm hole
