I got mine from a place local here. Total came to 168 with tax. Not sure how much anyone else is paying, but I think I got a pretty good price on them.

Well from what he told me it was for both, I'll be picking them up on Friday so I will let you know for sure. The part number he ordered was: 23-650R The book said it comes in pairs so we shall see. For anyone interested, the name and number are as follows: Auto Sport Gallery in Raleigh, NC # 1-800-868-2002 I know he gets really good prices on things, I only paid like 50 for my 8.5 MM Magnacores.... The guy to talk to is Tom, he can order just about anything you can dream of. Not sure what it will cost you guys for shipping, but if anyone is close to here and wants to order then let me know. As long as I'm in town I'll be happy to pick stuff up and hold on to it until we can meet up somewhere. Let me know....and I'll keep everyone posted....

Dude they dont come sold in pairs. Your right thats WAY below cost. The cheapest I've seen a pair is at Howell Automotive for $269 which works out to $134.50 each. I've seen them for about the same elsewhere and cheaper for hondas but thats a good price. BTW has anyone seen the latest generation of AEM cam gears. If I were in the market I'd wait. They are tight, gunmetal grey teeth and colored body. They look trim and lean too. Nothing like the 1rst two generations.

The AEM cam gears come individually, one per box. They don't come in pairs because SOHC cars only need one cam gear. We are DOHC so we need two cam gears, and the cheapest is definitely 134.50 each from howell...

OK, so I think I owe one and all an apology for sounding so smug and sure in my earlier posts. Being kinda new to the 2GNT arena, I have loads to leatrn I guess. I put the other one on order and it should be here by the time I get back from Puerto Rico in 3 weeks. One thing I am looking for is anyone in the Southern VA or northern NC area that might be interested in doing a meet at the dyno. I know a guy that will rent us one for about 300 for the whole day. Considering the prices for everyone else I have found around here that is a steal. He'll even throw a hand in on the test and tune if you so desire. I'm trying to learn things about our cars as much as possible, and appreciate all the help you guys have given so far......
