where would the Crankshaft be located at? i plan to buy a separate Block, and also head later if i got the extra cash so i wont have as much of a down time... but If i buy a spare Block and head what should i ask is good, and what it comes with?

check the crank make sure that it does have a spun bearing but I'm pretty sure the machine shop could grind and polish it and just oversize your rod bearings. our cylinder bores are strong as hell I'll tell you that a good hone from autozone we'll clean that up or a ball type hone.the crank is in the middle of the block its big you can't miss it,check where the rods connect for scratches on the crank the main bearings should be fine. Use emry cloth if you don't take out the crank to polish the crank where the rods seat on the crank

you mean it does not have a sun bearing right? also if they to put different size bearing, i should just wait on ordering bearing or the pistons? let them take a look and then order bearings and pistons? u know of any place where i can get new valves? like 1mm oversized for a good price?
