#24533, "need some info"

Well my car is broke. I had it hauled home and took off the head to notice that I have warped every valve on the intake side and I also broke the pin that the cam gear sits on on the intake. Anyway I want to go ahead and build my engine a bit since I am so deep into the engine. I want to go with bigger cams better valves springs retainers etc.. I don't really want to buy pistons since mine are in good shape as far as I can tell and really don't feel like taking the rest of my engine apart. So my questions are will it hurt me to do bigger cams valves retainers springs without doing the piston job? Also what kind of cams valves etc... should I go with Right now I am not turbo but plan to be within the next 8 months? I don't want to get something that will hurt my performance now. What should I get money isn't that big of an issue. Thanks you all for your help.
