Call me a Beginner. LOL

Ok - last month my CEL light came on and all the symptoms lead to a
bad O2 Sensor. So I ordered one from machv.com for $79.00 (Front O2
Sensor)

Well after replacing it, the CEL still came on (Even after resetting
the CPU or whatever you call it - Disconnected the battery).

So last week I took it to Autozone and they ran a Free Dianostic test
and found code 136 and 141 (Both leading to the Rear O2 Sensor).

So I went to O'Reilly and picked up a Bosch Universal 4-wire O2
Sensor for our car for $69.00

Well I just went underneath my car and pull of the rubber plug/boot
from the Rear O2 Sensor. It came off very easily and the plastic plug
also came off???? There's no way this plug could come off that easily
unless it was already UNPLUGGED.

Dooohhh. Somehow it got disconnected. So I been driving around with a
CEL light and all along it was just the Rear O2 Sensor being unplug.

Note: In order to get to this plug easily - It's located under the
carpet under your Driver Seat. I took out the Driver seat (Only 4
bolts). If you look, there's already a slit in the carpet. Just poke
your fingers around and you'll see the other-half of the harness.

So with a click - Plugged the Battery back in (Alarm going off like
crazy - Protected by Viper Stand Back!!! - Protected by Viper Stand
Back!!!) Started up the car, let it idle for a few, shut off the car,
waited a few minutes and started it back up. Hey NO MORE CEL. Took a
test drive - Sweet.

If only I check the plug a month ago (Well I did check the Front O2
Sensor plug because it right there (Very Noticable). But the Rear O2
plug is located underneath the carpet under the Driver Seat. LOL

Now I have to return the Bosch O2 ans get my $69.00 back. Too bad I
spent $79.00 for the Front O2 when there wasn't anything wrong with
it.

even though you didnt need it, you could have gotten the front o2 sensor from autozone for like 57bucks. they carry both of them, one of the very few parts that isnt dealer only.

NOPE - AutoZone Doesn't Carry it.

Remember I have the Eclipse Spyder 2.4L (4G64 Engine and not the 402a 2.0L you guys are running. You Guys. LOL)

Trust me I checked everywhere before I order it from machv.com (They even ordered it from the Dealer - It came in a Sealed Dealer Box with there codes and label still on it).

I went to the Dealer and they wanted $200++ for it.
