I checked my oil and it was fine then i checked the antifreeze and it was fine. The liquid is clear. Any ideas?

I had this same problem on my wife's explorer yesterday. Could it possible be either windshield fluid(doubtful, since the reservoir is on the other side of engine bay), or condensation from the ac? If you have ac. Other that that i'm stumped. Let me know what you find out.

I would definately say water from the a/c.

Could it be brake fluid. That's kind of clear. You should be able to tell by looking at the caliper and the line going to it.

I wouldn't exactly say that brake fluid is clear. An easy way to tell is to feel it with your fingers. You should be able to tell if it is a vehicle fluid or water from the a/c.

I guess the best way to check would be to turn the car on and turn the ac on and if it drips then its water if not I'm fucked.
