So I just finished doing my 60mm jeep throttle body, and am now very frustrated. Im getting a very strange error code, 24 is flashing twice, indicating that my throttle position sensor voltage is both too high and too low. Now to me that doesnt make too much sense. Also, it wont close completely, casing me to idle waaayyy to high, and its not the throttle cable. Will somebody please help me out with this, I would greatly appreciate it, because this is my daily driver, a daily driver which now idles at almost 4k

Unfortunetely your on new ground since you did the jeep TB swap. The voltage thing doesnt make sense. As far as the closing thing, is the TB gunked up on the inside? Or maybe you just need to tighten the spring.

I've never done this mod, but I really think it has to be something with the big 60mm t/b. I believe the bigger throttle plate or spring is causing the TPS to pick up wrong signals. Is the spring stiffer than stock?
