help, i just bought the muffler of a gs-t from a junk yard today, and i tried to put it on...........but emoji i couldn't manage to get my stock rs muffler off. the damn bolts are rusted on so tight i couldn't budge 'em.......

if any knows a way to take 'em off with ease, please let me know. i need to have it on by monday night.

You takw the to thininys off and then you have to undo them thingermabobs and then pull it off and just do the same thing to put the new one on. No just kinding you have to unbolt the flanges and undo the hangers I don't know for sure.

i know that, but the damn bolts on the flanges are rusted on really danm tight, i can't budge em

And if that don't work I would cut them off and get new bolts and coat them with someing like a rust proventor.

I just sprayed the bolts down real good with wd-40 the night before. Then it only took a couple of hits from the hammer and they were free.

thanks for the info, but that stuff just didn't help me. i mean these bolts were bad. 2 family members of mine are mechanics and they couldn't get em off either. so i just ended up taking it to a local muffler shop and they took it off for me and put the other on. they had to cut them off with a tourch, and messed up my RS muffler emoji ya'll r right it sounds really good, not that honda buzz emoji the power increase is verry noticable also. i like it. all together i spent 50 on the muffler and 40 to get it put on. 90 is a verry good price for this mod. thanks for the help though
