Here is my little write up on how to replace your fuel filter if you have a 1995 2GNT. It's a real bitch replacing these things cuz you gotta take out a buncha crap and your knees start to give out due to loss of blood flow emoji As opposed to the 96+ filters that are convieniently mounted on the fuel tank. Your suppose to change these every 2 years according to my auto teacher. You should get better throttle response when you replace it. I noticed my car didn't want to stall as fast when I let off the clutch. The filter costs about 20 bux and you can get them at any autoparts store just ask.

15,000 eh, I heard 60,000 where'd you get 15,000. Thats pretty early but you could be right. Yeah the two I've replace were 20 bux a Protec one and a Wix one.

Cool go for it Corbin. Haha I don't know how many write-ups of yours I've used already emoji

Haha I'll tell you this the first time I changed it NO1 helped me out and told me what exactly to do. I took the intake, washer reservoir, and brake reservoir out. Didn't know you had to take the battery out and man it was a bitch to change. I dreaded doing it again but after I did it again properly and was informed on what to do it was a pretty easy experience. So that's kinda why I wrote it up, the damn Chilton's doesn't say jack of how to do it emoji

I'm curious, where exactly is the fuel filter on a 98? I have never changed mine and I'm sure it needs to be changed.

AEM CAI/ AFX UDP/ GST Muffler/ Magnecors/ NGK plugs/ Intrax Springs/ Symbroski Shift Kit

Its basically under the car, on the passenger side, just in front of the wheel well. If you cant find it just start tracing fuel lines. It looks exactly like the pic posted in the instructions above.

And inside the package my filter came in it said to replace the filter every 10,000 miles. Fook dat IMO lol.

hahah I hear ya replacing this thing is pretty annoying. Looks like we have conflicting ideas 10k, 30k, 60k, etc... Is there any maintenance chart that has the fuel filter listed on it?

Revision to my post above... the fuel filter is located under the car in front of the REAR wheel well. And the most common interval Ive heard for changing it is 30,000 which sounds a lot more reasonable.
