compared to CAI intake made by AEM or ICEMAN?
I know the price is about 1/4 of a new AEM or ICEMAN but what else?

I believe AEM is carb certified.

The one on ebay there doesn't fit as easily, but it does fit (same one i have), and you have to block off the hole on the bottom piece of piping. But other than that I think performance would really be about the same....

Not much, the AEM and Iceman have been tested and are a breeze to install. Some of the ebay intakes you have to use a little ingenuity to get it in there. And other than that the price of course.

I'd say the difference is "AEM" being written on the side of one.
