I check my TB today and I found many mud like stuff in the TB and intake manifold, does that mean I am running too rich or is it normal? BTW, I never clean it ever

dun worry about it meng. it will happen normally because of the oil that gets sent back into the intake, and the intake manifold via the hoses that connect both.
to clean em, get sum good old carb cleaner, and read the directions on the bottle. basically, take off intake, spray, wipe w/cloth...
a good idea to not encourage this from happenin again is using a breather w/a catchcan to eliminate the "gunk" that you found on your throttle body...
the EGR will gunk up the intake manifold w/carbon deposits and suuut.. and the pcv valve shoots oil/dirty air into the intake mani as well...
good luck.
