Look in the "things seen before" section. The venom 400 isn't really a computer, it doesn't do anythign to warrant a $300+ price tag. Wait for AFX to finish cracking our ECU code and buy one of those if you are interested in an ECU.

I had one right after they came out. I think I mentioned that it's a complete waste of money and made ZERO noticeable difference. Other than a blinky light. For $300 you might as well get an AFC. Or do your exhaust. Or something else.

I bought one as well... It's off the car and I've got the s-afc instead. The only reason why I didn't buy the afc the first time was because it sounded like a lot of wiring (now I see it isn't that bad). I can barely give the 400 away now. I ran it at Rockingham a few weeks ago. Three passes. First was without the venom. 17.653 (it's n/a and auto) the next two with it on. I was slower with the venom and I was without it. Don't buy it.

I had it. Sux. Tranny shift solenoids went bye bye. Not for the auto I don't think. I was shifting at a later point tho. Around 7k. It helped on shifts, I liked it. It felt a little better I thought, but nah. It's not worth it to blow your auto up, or not be able to use ac while it's in. Get something better for the $$. Luckily I got mine pretty quick and was able to sell it.
