Im trying idetify the three wires that run to the coil pack.

Is this right?

Blue/Red --- +12v
Brown --- spark plugs 1 and 4
Blue/Black --- spark plugs 2 and 3

Oh, why yes JustOne that is correct:)

Yes, those wire colors are correct. Or, if you look straight at the coil pack connector, from left to right: cylinders 2 & 3 is the first one; the middle wire is 12+V power; 3rd wire is for cylinders 1 & 4. I hope this helps a little.
