I didn't think it should have any pressure in there? I would it be coming out?

A Faulty PCV valve can cause that to happen. Test the plunger in the PCV valve. I'd replace it, regardless, just for good measure. They only cost $3-$4, but go a long way in keeping the crankcase from seeing too high pressures and consequently forcing oil out the oil cap.
If the oil coming out of the cap is sludge-like as well, then replace the PCV valve and change your oil immediately.

Sounds like the o-ring seal on the cap is bad. Just replace it and you'll be fine. The cams moving around up there spashes oil around.

I noticed some oil around the cap after I blew my engine. I had some major blowby when it went on me. But I dont think that happened to yours since there is no boost. I would just get a new cap and go from there.

Well, I hafta agree with all of these people ^^, get a new cap and PCV valve, and if you still have probs, run a compression and leakdown test.
