so i got my leakdown test done and my valves are better bad. so im going to be taking the head off.. instead of just fixing my valves ill just get a head with them intact
so if anyone has one for sale please hit me up asap so i can get this thing running again
its 3 bucks a day to leave it at the auto hobby shop.. ahah so much cash
they have all the tools i need and russel this guy that works there is cool as shit and will help me out.
any tips for taking the head off.
im guessing it would be kinda easy to just do my tbelt since ill have it all apart.. instead of putting the new head on and just having him do the tbelt
well this should be $$ grrrrr... i wish i knew if i was keeping the car or not, cuz id just rebuild the whole top end..
i might just keep it and do it.im not sure.. im really tired of the slowmattic though
I love dino and 2gnt. ####ers (my word) bliz stole it but i let him borrow it

dude get some stainless steel valves..it will cost like $250 for all 16 and then have a machine shop do a 3 or 5 angle valve job. As for takin the head off i wouldnt be to worried about anything its pretty easy. leave the intake manifold on and pull it out.

Yeah, the 5 speed swap isn't too bad. I did it, and I fell in love with my car again. We even have all of the wiring issues worked out, as far as the speedometer and the backup lights. It would be a fantastic time to swap. -=B-=
Dude, Boeing called. They want their wing back.

Evan.. another thing that nonone has mentioned yet (supprisingly) is that if you bent your valves.. that means they wacked teh tops of the cylinders.. which means the cylinders are damaged (probably pretty bad) so if you are keeping the car.. ya might want to think about a full rebuild.. if not. well the problems probably won't show until after you sell it.. hehe.

Bro, why would you want to sell that car, turbo it! Like you told me before if you plan on running 12s or lower you will want an auto for daily driveing plus you will have to put up with all the ish with 4g63 thats just crazy. Keep your car and turbo it! You already put some cash into it selling it would be foolish, imo.
