I have a CEL and it reads 43. I changed the ingition coil, wires, plugs. I guess I am going to change the upstream O2 sensor next. How much is the O2 sensor going to be? And the CEL only blinks when I am at a light idiling..
This is CEL 43...Ignition coil / Spark plugs / Ignition circuit / Injector / Upstream HO2S / Compression pressure / Timing belt / Crankshaft position sensor / Air intake / Fuel pressure / Crankshaft position sensor circuit and connector
Thats a lot of stuff. You would think they would brake that up into 2-3 CEL codes.

Still have good compression across the board?
Does it sound lumpy or like it is missing at idle?

Dave, I understand you might be scared to do so but check your compression. This will only show you the condition of your engine and what's on the agenda in the near future "maybe" if all is good at least ya know your engine is strong and the problem lies somewhere else. All 4 cylinders should be with-in 10% of each other as farr as compression #'s. Is that the same light that was coming on when I was in Orlando? And also, Dave did you get my VHS tape sent out??

It sounds like its missing a little at idle. I am going to check the compression today. I really hope its not a compression problem or I might be rebuilding sooner than I planned. I'll post about the compression later. Wish me luck!!!!!!

Starting from the passenger side...210,210,60,210. Looks like I have low compression in one of the cylinders. What do I have to do for a leak down test?

Well the howell kit is on its way!!! Stage 3 here I come. And due to finals and work I havenmt been able to send the tape yet but it will be on its way either tomorrow or the next day for sure!!!!

you are way down on the #3 piston.. and the rest are in damn good shape.. too bad.
you still gonna do a leakdown? since you have a howell kit on the way anyway..
ya just put a couple teaspoons of oil into the cyclinder (through the spark plug hole) and do a compression test.. if the numbers improve.. it's just your rings.. if not.. it's something else.
