Ok, so heres the deal. In mid November i put a S.P.E.C. stage 3 clutch with 2600# fully sprung pressure plate in my 98 N.T. Eclipse. Since then I have snapped 3 flex plates, in about 30k miles. I would like to know why, or if there is a way to get a heavy duty flex plate.TIA

If i were you, i would look to convering to a non-modular setup. Flywheels are much stronger than flex plates, for one.

If people are putting 400HP through this transmission with 4 puck stage 4 clutches and stock flexplates, i don't see how you could possibly be destroying them unless there is something wrong with your clutch, wrong with the bolts you are using, or wrong with you flex plates.
