i have an 11 CEL (after cam install) but other than a rough idle the engine seems to run okay at steet speeds. would being off by 1 tooth make a very noticable difference?

it should be driveable at low revs. i had mine off by one tooth once and it would rev up to 5ooo, so i was able to drive it in to get it fixed

When i did my TB my exhaust was off one tooth, and it idled/drove very bad. I never got a CEL, because after driving it around the block i realized something was wrong and yanked it back apart.
