I was datalogging a run last night and i noticed that my TPS outputs to the pocketlogger 14% when closed and 73% when at WOT, shouldn't this be 0% closed and 100% at WOT? you think my tps is bad? are there any tests to verify if the tps is working correctly?
thanks
james

That is exactly what my pocketlogger reads. There is nothing wrong with the TPS, my SAFC shows 0 to 100% throttle.

For some reason, the pocketlogger does not read TPS correctly, and it does this for lots of cars (I tried it in a 2001 V6 accord coupe, it read tps as something other than 0-100%). It might have even said on the website that the TPS % will be off, but I don't remember.

Well, the logger bases TPS on the factory spec. The sAFC bases it on past experience with the throttle position. If the most that the AFC sees is 50% throttle, it will think that it is 100%, and recalibrate once it sees more. In other words, the highest and lowest vales seen by the AFC become 100% and 0%, respectively.
