well Im almost at 52000 miles now and im about to do my timing belt change. I want to make sure that I have my list right before I take it to get it done. So I need:
Timing belt (which I found at advance auto for ~35 is that too much) Timing belt tensioner and bracket (where do I get these from, I cant find them online) Water Pump (found for ~48 at advance auto) AFX UDP
I also thought about going w/ cam gears, but I think that 300 would be better spent on the turbo fund which I can finally start when Im done with this. I think thats it, also should I go ahead and do the labor myself. I think that with my car clubs help we can do it since some of them can even pull engines and have air tools. The most expensive part so far has been the UDP which Im about to purchase next week (of course that depends on how much the tensioner and its bracket will cost me). TIA

I would replace the tensior pulley, and the idler pulley. They are both the same identical pulleys, so just pick up 2 idler pulleys, and bolt the tensioner pulley onto its bracket. At about 60k when i did my T-belt, the pulleys were in pretty good shape and could have seen many more miles, but its always a good idea to play it safe. Also, you don't have to replace the tensioner itself, they rarely go bad at such low miliage..you can replace the cam gear oil seals if ya want too, not a bad idea. Other than that, you are good to go..

Well hell, if you're going to do all that then maybe go ahead and replace the head gasket while you're in there! You said you're going turbo so get the MLS gasket from the dealer. You should consider not buying the pulley, too. That's $160 towards your turbo fund. If you were staying NA I would say get the pulley though. I'm 3k away from doing my 60k maintenance and I'll be turbo in a couple months so that's the route I'm going.
