Hey guys,

My car is having some sort of accel. problem. When you give any quick pressure on the gas, like coming off the line, the car hesitates, the check engine and battery lights flicker on then the car starts moving.

I finally brought it in to satan and they said the problem was "A Relay and Main wiring harness short." They told me the problem was this relay (part # M 0467) is hardwired into the main engine wiring harness so there is no way to fix it without replacing the whole thing. The harness (part # MR 301774) costs $889.00 from satan and they want $500.00+ to install it.

Has anyone every had this problem or heard about it?

^ that's BULLSHIT, even if it is hardwired.. as long as you can get to it you can cut that bad shit out and solder in a new one. and for a hell of lot less then $1300. like.. the cost of the relay and some solder.. hehe.

holy shit! dont pay that much lol go to a small shop and ask them to look at it tell them where the problem is and they will fix it or take it to an electric dude haha but ya call around cause thats a bunch of shit

Well the problem is they said they can't sell the relay without the harness. So I can't buy a new one. Anyone know where that relay is on the harness? I want to try to find a used one or something.
